hello internet,

i'm pooja, a product designer building ai-first consumer systems. in 2021, i raised venture funding at a $6m valuation for a startup. in the same year, independently, i started after office hours (aoh), which has grown into one of india's most active invite-only design communities.

outside my primary role, i run experiments on the internet - small bets across ai tools, community infrastructure, and monetization models. this site documents those bets. what shipped. what scaled.

this site isn't a portfolio – designers already stress enough about those. instead, i'm treating it as a space to document what i'm building, testing, thinking about, and occasionally breaking.
